The BACP Has Responded. Here Is What They Said. And What They Didn’t. Dear reader, If you are a glutton for punishment, you may have followed the open letter I wrote along with Nash Popovic to the BACP on pluralism and ideological neutrality, prompted in part by the President’s October 2025 Therapy Today column on “whiteness.” The open letter was signed by more than sixty colleagues across the profession, and the BACP has now finally replied. For those with the stomach, the full response, the original letter, and my analysis are below.
